Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Do you accept checks?
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Shipping Time — We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Ground shipments within the continental US are generally received within 3-5 business days from shipment date.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. If an order is placed and the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, the order will be returned to us and a refund will be issued, less shipping charges. Due to payment provider regulations (Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc), we are unable to make address corrections after an order has been placed. If an address correction is needed, we will need to cancel and refund the original order and have a new order placed with the corrected address.
Casino Supply currently only ships to the The United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada.
Customs duties, tax, general sales tax, value added tax, or import tariffs may be assessed separately by the customs authorities of the importing country at the time of import, depending on the contents and destination country of your shipment. International taxes/duties are not included in shipping rates collected at checkout. If there is a duty, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay.
